At Medisense Health Care, your health comes first.The practice is well supported by a full-time manager as well as 8 receptionists and 4 practice nurses. We are fully accredited and update this constantly. The practice boasts an on-site pathology collection centre, on-site parking for 100 cars, plenty of supporting businesses such as IGA supermarket, pharmacies, video shops, pizza shops and numerous sub-specialty outlets. It has undergone a modern and high quality fit out. We are located right in the central shopping district with an assortment of allied health services: herbal medicine, psychologist and specialist services.All of our doctors and staff strive to provide you and your family with the highest level of medical service in a friendly environment.We would like to keep your waiting time to an absolute minimum. Consultations are by phone appointments only and NOT by email. Urgent problems and emergencies are seen as they arrive. You can be assured that our doctors will do their best to see you as quickly as possible. We run an appointment system on weekdays, but appointments are not necessary on weekends. Some consultations such as full medical check-ups, insurance medicals, first antenatal visits and postnatal visits all require more time. If you require a longer appointment to discuss a complex issue please let reception know when making your appointment.We have 9 doctors regularly available for your convenience. We also have an exercise physiologist and a children’s audiologist. Please note that if you require a further follow up appointment after you have seen your doctor it is recommended that you book this before you leave the practice.
